The Alpine Enviroment - This learning program provides the students with the opportunity to broaden their knowledge of Australia’s Alpine Environments in an educational development focused session.

Terms and Conditions

Final student numbers must be updated 14 days before your trip, and cancellations after this time may incur a staff scheduling charge.
Numbers are considered finalised 48 hours before the visit. No refunds will be provided after this time
Accommodation fees must be settled in full 30 days before arrival. Lodges not booked through Mt Baw Baw may have differemt terms and conditions.
Payment is to be made before arrival at the Resort unless arranged otherwise with School Coordinator
Reissue of invoice due to changes less than 14 days may incur fees.
These prices apply for Monday – Friday during the school term only. From Monday 18th July - 22nd September ( this date is subject to snow conditions)
Once booked; accommodation bookings may incur a cancellation fee of between 50% and 100% at the discretion of the private lodge operator.
Once paid; the Resort reserves the right to issue refunds for changes to numbers or cancellation as credit for the next year, refunds may be considered depending on circumstances.
Schools visiting the resort should understand the general Terms and Conditions as well as conditions above.
They should also abide by the Alpine Responsibility Code.
